    • Utilizing social distancing for those that must be on-site

    • Suspending all non-essential business travel for our employees

Will my order be affected?

Most of our production facilities are currently open. However, one of our labs has been temporarily closed at request of local officials as a precautionary measure, so a subset of our products may not be available for a while. When will my order be delivered?

Some orders may be experiencing delays at this time. Please know we are doing our best to get your products to you as soon as we can.

Will customer service be affected? Can I still get help?
