How do I calculate the amount I owe on the order form when I'm requesting a combination of services?
Just follow the prices listed on your York film developing order form. Remember to include shipping and handling. If you need additional information please refer to the pricing listed above or

What forms of payment do you accept? For film developing orders: We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards for our services and products, as well as ATM/debit/check cards that display the Visa or Mastercard symbol. We also accept personal checks and money orders made payable to York Photo Labs. We do not accept purchase orders for payment.
For online orders (Prints, Photo CDs, Photo Gifts): We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards for our services and products, as well as ATM/debit/check cards that display the Visa or Mastercard symbol. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or purchase orders for online purchases.
Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to your film developing order or online order if you live in Maryland or West Virginia.
Can I order more than 2 sets (double) of prints from a roll? What is the pricing for 3 or more set of prints from my roll(s)?
You can order 3 or more sets of prints at the time of developing. You'll pay the doubles price for your first two sets, and then $1.50 for each additional set.
Can I get a discount if I send in lots of film?
We're sorry, but we don't provide volume discounts on our film developing services.
Why does my York film mailer or order form have different prices than what's on this page?
You may have an older York film mailer. We will honor the pricing on all mailers, no matter how old they are. If you have an old mailer that requires postage, you'll need 1 first-class stamp for 1 roll, 3 stamps for 2 rolls, and 4 stamps for 3 rolls. But why pay postage when you can print a postage-paid label right from our website?

I think I overpaid for my film developing order. How will I be reimbursed?
If you overpay on an order, you will receive a credit voucher back from our customer service department. Just return the voucher with a future order to redeem the credit.
What should I do if I forgot to include payment with my film developing order?
As soon as your order arrives at York without payment, we will send you a billing notice. Please wait until the billing notice arrives and then send your check or credit card information back to us on the billing stub that is provided.
